Important Drake Rules

1.  MINIMUM AGE TO LEASE: One of the TENANT(S) signing this Lease Agreement must be the age of 25 or older.

2.  The occupancy of the Lake House and property is a total of (12) twelve people. Do not exceed (12) twelve people on the property inside or out of the property.

3.  There is no lifeguard at the lake. Supervising your children and guest is your responsibility for all water sports and activities.

4.  No diving off of the dock is permitted. The water can be very shallow at times.

5.  There are steps to access the lake house from the front and rear of the house; there is no ramp access for anyone with mobility concerns.

6.  Bring your own beach towels. The lake house towels are for bathing only and are not to be used outside of the lake house. Do not use white towels for cleaning.

7.  No pets are allowed inside the lake house unless it is a service dog and the Pet Addendum is completed and signed. The United States Animal Registration code

must be provided with the Pet Addendum.

8.  There is valuable artwork on the walls and fragile collectibles on the shelves in the living room. Please, do not allow anyone to touch or play with them.

9.  We ask that all music be turned off and loud-spirited conversations are kept to a low minimum on the outside porch after 10 pm. Any Late-night lively discussions

with low music volume after 10 pm are best on the lake dock gazebo. We have neighbors who live next to the lake house and are full-time residents. If your

seeking a place to throw a wild, loud late-night party, this house is not for you.

10.  The lake house is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside the lake house whatsoever.

11.  No fireworks are allowed on the property.

12.  A security camera system is used outside the lake house. Do not do anything to disable or block the line of sight of the security camera system.

Primary TENANT must have a working phone with the phone number on the lease agreement and must communicate with the OWNERS when called or

texted.

13.  No illegal activity is permitted on the premises. Any unlawful activity detected will be reported to authorities during or after your stay.

14.  Follow all current state laws when fishing off the dock. State law is to have a fishing license if you are sixteen (16) years old or older, even when fishing off the

dock. You can purchase a Louisiana fishing license online or from local stores.

15.  Follow all current state laws when using the kayak. By State Law, sixteen (16) years old and younger must wear a life jacket when using the kayak. For adults,

life jackets must be on board. Life jackets are available for use and are located in the Crew Bedroom closet.

16.  LAKE WATER LEVELS: We have no control over the water level of False River Lake. Please seek knowledge of any local or parish government plans to alter the

water level or a drawdown of the lake during your stay on-premises and no refunds will be made.
